It's Saturday afternoon and I'm here in Darwin, the top end of Australia.
It is 33 degrees, pretty hot and sticky but beautiful.
I have just spent the morning working with 66 teachers and principals from around the NT, all of whom are implementing or about to implement the Australian Developmental Curriculum. It is amazing how right across Australia we are witnessing the implementation of what young children require in their early learning years. the mix and balance of planned active investigation alongside explicit instruction.
It is wonderful to see how effective it is for young children.Stay tune for the next exciting update!!
